Edit Quota Specifications

MineMarket updates the actual values (the Analyte Content, Value and Value Source) each time applicable data is saved and warehousing is complete. In ascending order of precedence, the value source can be:

  • Specifications—The target value in the specifications.
  • Assume Source—Values that the loaded bulk materials or discrete units have from samples or surveys earlier in the supply chain
  • Loading—Sample values on the despatch at the loading location
  • Unloading—Sample values on the despatch at the unloading location
  • Avg. Loading & Unloading
  • Assay Exchange - Partial
  • Assay Exchange - Final
  • Deemed
  • Stockpile—Only applicable if the despatch order has a Linked Stockpile, Stockpile State Date and Stockpile State Rules specified on the Details tab and used for reporting purposes. Values represent the monetary value of the stockpile.

If the analyte is applicable to multiple despatch orders, the lowest applicable value source displays.

Security Note: You need the Allow contract maintenance security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity. To change the status of an analyte in the specification, you need the specific Analyte Specification status transition as an allowed status transition. Status link configuration may require that only different users can change consecutive statuses, or that the user who changes the status cannot be the user who last modified the analyte specification.
