Synchronise Linked Despatch Order Specifications

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain despatch orders security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the source Despatch Order.

   Note: You can also synchronise linked despatch order specifications via the Despatch Orders node in the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract or via the Despatch Orders tab on the node for the quota.

2. Select the Specification tab.
3. Right-click in the Specifications table and select Sync Linked Despatch Order Specifications from the menu.
4. Click Save.

Alternative Activity Steps

1. Open the source Despatch Order.
2. Select the Linked Despatch Orders tab.
3. Right-click in the Linked Despatch Orders table and select Sync Specifications from the menu.
4. Click Save.
