Run a Billboard Chart

Security Note: Assuming you can see the billboard chart in the Solution Explorer, no specific security right is required for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Select the Reporting panel in the Solution Explorer.
2. Expand the Billboard Chart Categories node.
3. Right-click the billboard chart and select View from the menu, or double-click the billboard chart.

   The Billboard Chart (execution) displays.

4. Select values for the billboard chart parameters as required.

   Note: Parameters can be saved as a search profile. Search profiles for billboard charts include all criteria except date ranges. See Use Saved Search Profiles in MineMarket Explorers and Billboards.

5. Click Refresh.
6. To copy the chart to the clipboard, right-click the chart and select Send To Clipboard.
7. To save the chart as a BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF image, right-click the chart and select Save To File from the menu.
8. To preview and print the chart:
   1. Check Fit To Page and Landscape if required.
   2. Right-click the chart and select Print Preview from the menu.
   3. Follow the system prompts to select a printer and print the chart.
