Domain Security Rights - Trucks

Note: The following security rights only apply to objects in the domain(s) to which the user group is assigned. See Domains. Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. In addition, consider whether any User Group Security Rights - Menu control access to a required screen. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.

Allow the user to delete despatch orders on truck despatches

If assigned, users can remove despatch orders on the Despatch Orders tab of any Truck Despatch.

Allow the user to maintain despatch orders on truck despatches

If assigned, users can:

  • Create, add, edit and remove despatch orders on the Despatch Orders tab of any Truck Despatch.
  • Create a Despatch from a Despatch Order, which also adds the despatch order to the truck despatch.
  • Edit the specifications of despatch orders on truck despatches.
  • Create, edit and delete status transitions of despatch orders on truck despatches.
  • Create blends for despatch orders on truck despatches.

Allow truck despatch maintenance

If assigned:

  • The Solution Explorer context menu option to open the Truck Transport Events screen; create, rename and delete truck categories; create, duplicate, edit, rename and delete trucks; create, duplicate, edit, rename and delete truck types; and create, rename and delete truck groups display.
  • Users can edit the header fields of any Truck Despatch.
  • Users can enter, edit and delete data on the Events tab.
  • Users can create, edit and delete plans on the Planned Loading and Planned Unloading tabs.
  • Users can create, edit and delete surveys on the Opening Surveys tab.
  • Users can create, edit and delete sample data on the Lot Samples, DU Lot Samples, Composite Samples and Package Samples tabs.
  • Users can create, edit and delete delays and related incidents on the Delays tab.
  • Users can create, edit and delete costs and service charges on the Service Charges tab.
  • Users can create, edit and delete status transitions on the Status History tab.
  • Users can delete truck despatches.
  • Users can edit any Truck or Truck Types.

Allow truck despatch template maintenance

If assigned:

  • The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete truck despatch template groups; and to create, duplicate, rename and delete truck despatch templates display.
  • Users can edit any Truck Despatch Template.

Allow truck despatch template modification

If assigned, users can edit the Truck Despatch Template field on any Truck Despatch if Allow Template Modification is checked on the related Truck Despatch Template.

Allow truck loading tonnage correction

If assigned, users can create, edit and delete data on the Tonnage Correction tab of any Truck Despatch.

Allow truck loading/unloading

If assigned, users can:

  • Create, edit and delete bulk transactions on the Loading and Unloading tabs of any Truck Despatch.
  • Create, edit and delete discrete unit movements on the Package Loading and Package Unloading tabs.
  • Create, edit and delete plans on the Planned Loading and Planned Unloading tabs.
  • Create, edit and delete sample data on the Lot Samples, DU Lot Samples, Composite Samples and Package Samples tabs.
  • Edit products on the Product Reclassification tab.

Allow truck route plan modifications

If assigned, users can:
