User Group Security Rights - Despatches
Note: Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. In addition, consider whether any User Group Security Rights - Menu control access to a required screen. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.
Allow new barge despatch from explorer
If assigned, users can create service trips (that are not based on a service trip template) via the Barge Explorer.
Allow new barge despatch from template
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu option to create a service trip from a service trip template node displays.
- Users can create service trips from a service trip template via the Barge Explorer or Multiple Despatch Creation (Service Trips) screen.
Allow new lot despatch from explorer
If assigned, users can create lot despatches via the Lot Despatch Explorer.
Allow new shipment despatch from explorer
If assigned, users can create shipments (that are not based on a shipment template) via the Shipment Explorer.
Allow new shipment despatch from template
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu option to create a shipment from a shipment template node displays.
- Users can create shipments from a shipment template via the Shipment Explorer or Multiple Despatch Creation (Shipments) screen.
Allow new train despatch from template
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu option to create a train from a train template node displays.
- Users can create trains from a train template via the Train Explorer, Multiple Despatch Creation (Trains) screen or Train Schedule Definition.
Allow new truck despatch from explorer
If assigned, users can create truck despatches (that are not based on a truck despatch template) via the Truck Despatch Explorer.
Allow new truck despatch from template
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu option to create a truck despatch from a truck despatch template node displays.
- Users can create truck despatches from a truck despatch template via the Truck Despatch Explorer or Multiple Despatch Creation (Truck Despatches) screen.
Display Analyte Tab on the contributor statement screen
If assigned, the Contributor Statement » Analytes tab displays for any Train, Truck Despatch or Shipment.
