User Group Security Rights - Security

Note: Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. In addition, consider whether any User Group Security Rights - Base Data or User Group Security Rights - Menu control access to a required screen. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.

Allow domain maintenance

If assigned:

• The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, duplicate, rename and delete domains display.
• Users can edit any Domain.

Allow user maintenance

If assigned:

• The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, duplicate, edit, rename and delete user groups; and to create, edit and deactivate users display.
• Users can edit any User Group or User Name.
