User Group Security Rights - Supply Chain
Note: Sometimes a combination of security rights is required for an activity. If in doubt, check the security note in the activity. In addition, consider whether any User Group Security Rights - Base Data or User Group Security Rights - Menu control access to a required screen. Status Definitions may also limit which objects are selectable or editable.
Allow container maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete container categories; and to create, rename and delete containers display.
- Users can edit any Container.
Allow container type maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, duplicate, edit, rename and delete container types display.
- Users can create, duplicate, edit and delete any container type via the Container Type Editor.
Allow discrete unit maintenance
If assigned, users can:
- Create and delete discrete unit batches via the Batch Explorer.
- Edit any Discrete Unit Batch.
- Edit batches and packages; and split, recycle, reject and delete packages via the Package Explorer.
- Edit any Package, including in any Packages table throughout the MineMarket user interface.
- Create, deactivate, reject and delete package groups; and release packages from package groups via the Package Group Explorer and Discrete Units Grouping screen.
- Move packages or package groups via the Movement Explorer.
- Enter, edit or delete sample data for any Discrete Unit Batch, Package, Package Group (Bulk) or Package Group (DU).
- Adjust the quantity or quality of material in any Package.
- Create, edit or delete discrete unit stocktakes for any Discrete Unit Location.
Allow discrete unit recycle
If assigned, users can recycle packages from any Packages table throughout the MineMarket user interface.
Allow the user to reject discrete units
If assigned, users can:
- Reject packages from any Packages table throughout the MineMarket user interface.
- Reject discrete unit package groups via the Package Group Explorer.
Allow distance maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to edit distances for a process flow or waste process definition display.
- Users can edit distances between mine sources and stockpiles via the Distance Editor.
Allow location maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options display to enable users to:
- Create, rename, reorder, sort and delete business areas.
- Create, rename, reorder, rename and delete locations (except toll locations) and discrete unit divisions.
- Create, edit, rename and delete berths for barge terminals and port locations.
- Create trains from a rail siding.
- Create service trips from a barge terminal.
- Create shipments from a port location.
- Users can edit any Mine Location, Stock Location, Discrete Unit Location, Waste Location, Rail Siding, Truck Location, Barge Terminal, Port Location, Toll Location or Berth.
- Users can view the stockpile list and states of any location.
- Users can create blends for any location.
Allow package group maintenance
If assigned, users can:
- Create, edit, deactivate and delete package groups and package group batches via the Package Group Explorer, or the Package Groups tab of any Discrete Unit Location, Rail Siding, Truck Location, Barge Terminal or Port Location.
- Edit any Package Group (Bulk), Package Group (DU) or Package Group Batch.
- Release packages from any discrete unit package group.
Allow package type maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete package type categories; and to create, duplicate, rename and delete package types display.
- Users can edit any Package Type.
Allow packing template maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete packing template categories; and to create, duplicate, rename and delete packing templates display.
- Users can edit any Packing Template.
Allow process flow maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete process flow categories; and to create, rename and delete process flows, packing process flows, movement flows and waste process definitions display.
- Users can edit any Process Flow, Packing Process Flow, Movement Flow or Waste Process Definition.
- Users can reorder material flows via the Process Flow Reorder screen.
- Users can create and edit process flow groups.
- Users can create, edit and delete process flow diagram categories and view, create, edit and delete any Process Flow Diagram.
Allow rainfall maintenance
If assigned, users can enter and edit rainfall for any stock or despatch location.
Allow shift maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete shift categories; and to create, rename and delete shift definitions display.
- Users can edit any Shift Definition.
If unassigned, users can still edit the names and colours of shifts in any shift definition.
Allow stockyard maintenance
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete stockyard categories; and to create, rename, reorder and delete stockyards display.
- Users can edit any Stockyard Configuration or Stockyard.
- Users can view the stockpile list or stockpile states of any stockyard.
- Users can create blends for any stockyard.
Allow the user to maintain packing items
If assigned:
- The Solution Explorer context menu options to create, rename and delete packing item categories; and to create, edit, rename and delete packing items display.
- Users can edit any Packing Item.
Allow tide maintenance
If assigned, users can enter and edit tide levels for any stock or despatch location.
