Invoice Log

Use the Invoice Log screen to display the XML log of an invoice line item. With appropriate templates installed, the Invoice Log screen can also display the log in HTML format.

To open this screen:

1. Open the applicable invoice screen:
   • Sales Invoice
   • Credit Note
   • Purchase Invoice
   • Purchase Credit Note
   • Demurrage Invoice
   • Freight Invoice
   • Freight Commission Invoice
   • Freight Demurrage Invoice
   • Freight Demurrage Commission Invoice
   • Service Invoice
   • Service Demurrage Invoice
2. Select the Preview tab.
3. Click Recalculate to recalculate the invoice if required.
4. Right-click the invoice line item and select Show Log from the menu.
