Multiple Certificate Creation
Use the Multiple Certificate Creation screen to create multiple certificate lots with default lot values for trains, truck despatches and shipments.
To open this screen:
- Open the Train, Truck Despatch or Shipment.
- Select the route point within the Route Diagram where the loading or unloading occurred.
- Select the Certificate tab; or for a shipment, the Certificate sub-tab of the Marketing tab.
- Select the Despatch Order to which the certificate applies.
- Ensure general details for the certificate are entered and that analyte bases and as-received-conversion analytes are selected in the Entries field group.
- Right-click in the Certificate Values table and select Add Multiple Lots from the menu.
