Report Types
Minemax Scheduler includes the following report types.
- Movement Chart—A bar chart that displays material moved in columns (y-axis) per time periods (x-axis) for a selected combination of processes, locations, stockpiles and movement types. Columns can be stacked by different parameters and maximum or minimum process constraints can be displayed.
- Attribute Chart—A line chart that displays values for a selected attribute (grades, costs, revenues etc.) per time period. Constraints for the particular attribute can be displayed.
- Financial Chart—A bar chart that displays total cash flow or cash flow for the selected process in columns (y-axis) per time periods (x-axis). Cumulative and discounted values can be displayed in chart.
- Stockpile Chart—An area chart that displays the quantity of material of one or all stockpiles over time. This chart can be filtered by process to display the process value on the stockpile over time. A line series displaying the selected attribute’s values per period can be overlaid onto the chart.
- Attribute Ratio Chart—A line chart that displays the ratios between two selected attributes (grades, costs, revenues, etc.) of the same process over time. Attribute ratio constraints for the selected attributes can be displayed.
- Movement Table—A table report that displays directional and total movements per time period with breakdowns by location, process and attribute.
- Pit Table—A table report that displays the quantity of in-situ material per time period which is mined and directly processed within the same period (direct) and the quantity of in-situ material which is mined and stockpiled. The report is broken down per pit, bench, and block, and shows the contribution of the in-situ material to the selected process(es). This report is a mining report and does not include reclaimed values.
- Attribute Table—A table report that displays attribute values for various directional and total material movements per time period with breakdowns by location. Minimum and maximum values for each attribute can also be displayed.
- Financial Table—A table report that displays costs, revenues, profits and capital expenditure per time period.
- Stockpile Table—A table report that displays quantities of material taken off the stockpile (out), added to the stockpile (in) and quantities remaining on the stockpile.
- Stockpile Movement Table—A stockpile table report that can be customized to display increment (in), reclaimed (out) and aggregate (remaining) quantities of material for each stockpile per time period. Process and attribute values for each stockpile can also be displayed.
- Constraint Table—A table report that displays process, attribute and location constraints with their actual values per time period. Actual values are coloured dark green when constrained.
- Dump Table—A table report that displays the dump volume per time period with the ability to see whether dump blocks contribute to selected process and attribute values. The totals per dump or breakdowns by lifts and dump blocks can be displayed.
- Merge Table—A report that merges the Movement Table, Attribute Table, Stockpile Movement Table, Financial Table and Constraint Table into a single tabular report.
- Capital Expenditure Table—A table report that displays CAPEX purchases in each period.
- Trucking Table—A table that displays values for processes that are allocated to the Trucking process category. Typically used to report truck hours.
- 3D Visualization—A report that enables users to visualize the mining schedule (pits and waste dumps) period by period, using 3D visualization. Not available in reporting | export.
- Remaining Reserves Table—A table report that displays remaining reserves from the location level down to the block level for the selected time period.
- Decision Tree Diagram—A report that displays the decision tree diagram and the values for each downstream process for a selected time period. Values for mining, dump volume and downstream dump volume processes are not displayed in the report. Not available in reporting | export.
- Audit Report—A summary report in Microsoft Word or Excel format only available in reporting | export. It includes detailed information about the configurations used in the model and scenario tabs of the selected Minemax Scheduler project.
- Schedule Report—A table report in Microsoft Word, Excel or CSV format only available in reporting | export. It includes schedule information such as the blocks' location details, their coordinates, quantity, period mined and the destination of the material. This report is a mining report and does not include reclaimed values. See Export Schedules.
- Delayed Recoveries Table—A table report that displays a breakdown of the material recovered per period (columns) by the period when the material was sent to process (rows).
- Spatial Constraint Table—A table report that displays spatial constraints with their actual values per time period. Actual values are coloured dark green when constrained.
- Material Flow Diagram—A material flow diagram (MFD) that reports material movements between locations.
