Comparison Calculations

The Comparison Calculations Screen provides a central place to configure how comparison values are calculated, how precision is displayed and how tolerance limits are applied across Reconcilor analysis screens. These settings are used when configured comparisons display in analysis screens such as Continuum Screen, Trends Screen, Pivot View Screen.

Each row represents a measure, grade, or attribute that can be used in comparison analysis. For each row, you can define a calculation type, decimal precision, up to two upper and two lower control limits, and a style configuration for how comparison tolerances display on charts and tables.

The available calculation types determine how comparison values are derived for the selected row. If you select Factor or Percent Difference, Reconcilor populates suggested control limit values that can be adjusted to suit your site requirements.

The Style Configuration field uses styles defined in Control Limit Styles. These styles control how comparison tolerances display visually when control limits are used in charts and tables.

Comparison Calculations works with Comparisons, which define the configured comparison pairings, and Control Limit Styles, which define how control limits display visually.
