View a Dashboard

Use this activity to view an existing dashboard. Dashboards are made up of up to four configuration tiles. Each tile loads a saved configuration from another Reconcilor analysis screen.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Dashboards Screen.

   The Dashboards screen displays either a default configuration or your most recently viewed configuration.

2. Select a saved dashboard configuration to view if required. See View a Saved Screen Configuration.
3. Apply the filters at the top of the screen as required. Each filter has a checkbox that controls whether it applies globally across all dashboard tiles.
   • Period – Select the checkbox and select the time period to apply it globally across all tiles. If unchecked, each tile uses the period from its saved configuration.
   • Location – Select the checkbox and select the location(s) using the hierarchy fields as required to apply the location globally across all tiles. If unchecked, each tile uses the location from its saved configuration. Default: All.
4. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon.

   The dashboard updates all configurations based on your filter selections.

   You can interact with the charts and tables in the embedded configurations in the same way as on its original screen. See Work with Charts and Work with Tables.

5. To open a configuration in its original analysis screen, hover on the tile and click the Open icon in the bottom left corner.

   The configuration opens in its original analysis screen, replacing the Dashboards screen. The same filter checkbox behaviour applies; checked filters are inherited from the dashboard and unchecked filters use the saved configuration values.
