View and Filter Stockpile Analysis Data

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Stockpile Analysis Screen.

    The Stockpile Analysis screen displays either a default configuration or your most recently viewed configuration.

  2. Select a saved configuration to view if required. See View a Saved Screen Configuration.
  3. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required:
    • Period – Select the time period.

      Note: Quick Links periods; for example, Last Survey or Previous 3 months are recommended for configurations you use often.

    • Location – Select the location(s) using the hierarchy fields as required. Stockpiles are often configured at the Mining Complex location level. Default: All.
    • Stockpile Status – Select which stockpiles are included for the selected period:
      • All – Includes all stockpiles (open and closed) that exist as at the end balance date for the selected period.
      • Open – Includes only open stockpiles that exist as at the end balance date.
      • Closed – Includes only closed stockpiles that exist as at the end balance date.

      Note: The selected period determines the end balance date. Stockpiles created after this date are excluded. For Closed, stockpiles closed after this date are also excluded.

    • Designation – Select from Ore and Waste, Ore or Waste. Ore / Waste designations are configured based on material types.
    • Stockpile Group – Select the standard and/or custom stockpile group(s) as required; for example, Product Stockpiles.
    • Material Type – Select the material type(s); for example, High Grade.
    • Stockpile – Select the stockpile(s).
    • Custom – Select categorical attributes and values if configured for your site.
    • Approval Status – Select the dataset from Live, Approved or Combined.
  4. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to filter the stockpile analysis chart and/or table with your selections.
  5. Interact with the data in the chart and/or table as required. See Work with Charts and Work with Tables.
