Import Activity

The Import Activity screen provides a detailed history of individual import jobs. It shows queued, running, completed, failed, and cancelled jobs for the selected period, and helps you investigate what happened during each import run.

Import Activity and Import Health serve different purposes. Import Activity focuses on job-level history and detailed outcomes, while Import Health summarises the most recent outcome for each import definition within the configured look-back period. Use Import Health to identify which imports need attention, and Import Activity to review the related jobs in detail.

Each import job records information such as its status, timing, accepted and rejected record counts, duration, and who added the job. Job details also include Job Information, Received Records, Changed Records, and any import errors or validation messages recorded for the run.

Import jobs can report Import Errors or Validation Errors. For an explanation of these issue types and links to detailed reference information, see Import Errors and Validations.

Users with permission to queue jobs can also manually add a new import job from this screen.
