Import Health

The Import Health Screen provides a high-level summary of the most recent outcome for each import definition. Use it to identify which imports completed successfully, which imports failed, and which scheduled imports have not run in the configured look-back period.

Import Health and Import Activity serve different purposes. Import Health summarises the latest result for each import definition, while Import Activity shows the detailed history of individual import jobs. Use Import Health to identify imports that need attention, and Import Activity to investigate job history and outcomes in more detail.

Import Health highlights imports affected by Import Errors or Validation Errors. For an explanation of these issue types and how they differ from data health issues, see Import Errors and Validations.

The scope of Import Health is controlled by the Import Health Look Back Days setting. See Data Issue and Logging Settings. This setting is typically configured to show the last three days of import results.

The screen groups the latest import results into the following status categories:

  • Completed – The most recent import job completed successfully.
  • Failed – The most recent import job failed and requires investigation.
  • Not Run – The import is scheduled, but no import job has run in the configured look-back period.
