View Data Issue Details

Use this activity to review detailed data issues for a selected data category from the Data Health screen. Where relevant, Reconcilor includes raw source (the source ID that has been imported) and raw destination information to help trace the original source records for issues such as source entity not resolved and destination entity not resolved.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Data Health Screen.
  2. Find the data category. See View and Filter Data Health.
  3. Hover over the data category row (for example, Mine Plan or Stockpile) and click the View issue details icon.

    The selected category Data Issues form displays.

  4. Apply filters at the top of the form as required:
    • Import Period – Select the time period.
    • Location – Select the required location hierarchy values as required. Default: All.
    • Sub-Category – Select the data category or sub-category to view.
    • Severity – Default: All. Select available severity options such as Critical, Warning or Caution.
  5. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to apply the selected filters.
  6. Review the listed data issues as required:
    • Click + to expand an issue group or to collapse it.
    • The issue severity displays as a coloured label, for example Critical, Warning, or Caution.
    • The issue description displays the issue type and the number of active and suppressed records.
    • Hover over an issue group row header to display the available actions for the group, including the Suppress All icon, Activate All icon, and Export to CSV icon.
  7. Review the issue records in each group as required:
    • State – Displays whether the issue record is active or suppressed.
    • Date – Displays the occurrence date of the issue.
    • The displayed columns vary by category and issue type.
    • Common columns may include Destination, Destination Type, End Shift, Mine Plan, Movement Type, Original Source Entity, Raw Equipment, Shift, Source, Source Type, Start Shift, Stockpile Name, and Unresolved Data, as well as issue-specific fields such as control point, grades, and measurement fields.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
  8. Hover over an issue record to display available row actions such as the Suppress Validation icon, Copy to clipboard icon, and Create Movement Alias icon, depending on the selected issue type.
  9. If required, click Export to CSV to export the displayed data issue details.
  10. Click Cancel to return to the Data Health Screen.
