About License Manager

To access this screen:

Help >> About License Manager.

This screen displays a summary of the components installed as part of License Services - including the information required when reporting a problem with this application.

The central box headed License Services Install Check can be scrolled, and lists the components and versions installed, as well as other useful information.

If you encounter problems with License Services, always provide Datamine with the information from this screen to help the troubleshooting process.

Tip: Click inside the install check list to copy its contents to the clipboard. This can then be pasted into a text document or e-mail.
Alternatively, right click in the central box to open a context menu with options to Select All and Copy (to the clipboard).
