No Licenses Found

License Services provides helpful error messages and warnings to assist with troubleshooting. If a valid license cannot be found for the application you are trying to use, the error message "No Licenses Found" is displayed. You must either register a key, or run the License Managerif this error message is displayed.

In cases where non-compliant licensing information has been detected, you will be given additional information in theNo Licenses Founddialog. In this situation, you should contact Datamine for guidance.

Solution

In the License Services dialog, click More... to register a license key.
Alternatively, launch the License Manager and click Retry to attempt to find a license.
