Dynamic Modelling Framework
To hide or show this screen:
- Activate the Dynamic Modelling ribbon and select Show/Hide.
- Project ribbon >> Window >> Show >> Dynamic Modelling.
The Dynamic Modelling framework manages and executes your dynamic modelling workflow. See Dynamic Modelling.
The Dynamic Modelling framework is a central hub providing access to all implicit modelling functions, storing the settings used to create models and allowing all or part of the modelling chain to be run or re-run to create block and structural and grade shell models, either as individual components or a combined solid model.
One of the key calculations of Dynamic Modelling is the generation of implicit models. The Dynamic Modelling workflow supports the creation of contact surface, vein, categorical and grade shell model types.
Configure domain tasks to be run in the expected order to replicate the chronological deposition of contact surfaces, faulting and cross-cut volumes, with smart topography management.
Tip: Checking or unchecking an item in the Dynamic Modelling Bar option in the Project >> Show menu toggles its visibility.
Once a workflow exists, testing the parameters for the various tasks is simple and recordable. Editing any aspect of a workflow is possible directly within the Dynamic Modelling Framework.
Tip: Double click data object descriptions in the Dynamic Modelling control bar to see associated data object 3D settings.
Dynamic Modelling Ribbon
The Dynamic Modelling screen is supported by a dedicated Dynamic Modelling ribbon, containing important tools to configure your modelling workflow.
Dynamic Modelling Toolbar
At the top of the Dynamic Modelling screen there is a toolbar providing the following commands:
|
|
Expand All Fully expand all Dynamic Modelling workflow tasks to show their items. |
|
|
Collapse All Collapse all workflow tasks to show only their parent container items. |
|
|
Re-run All Process all items in the workflow in the expected order. See Process the Workflow. |
|
|
Run Waiting Process only items that are waiting ( See Process the Workflow. |
Note: These commands are also available on the Dynamic Modelling ribbon.
