Translate Object

To access this dialog:

With wireframe data loaded, activate the Surfaces ribbon and select Edit | Translate.
Run the command 'translate-wireframe' or use the quick keys 'trw'

Translates a wireframe, or part of a wireframe, a set distance in any of the X, Y and Z directions

You can translation selected data only, which will be repositioned as-is if no data has been previously selected. Alternatively, you can translate a part of a wireframe by preselecting data, for example, a group of triangles.

Data from more than one wireframe object can be selected.

Note: This command supports flexible wireframe selection.

Field Details:

Translate By: distance in any of X, Y and Z directions.

X: distance for translation in X direction.
Y: distance for translation in Y direction.
Z: distance for translation in Z direction.
