Description

Used by the generate-outlines command to specify that boundary strings will not support an optional INSIDE parameter when generated.

How to Use

1. Run Command.

2. An INSIDE parameter will be added to resulting outlines files, and the message "generate-outlines will NOT output an INSIDE column" will be displayed.
