Stope Design Solids - Data Usage

Any Stope Design Solids folder within the Survey Database will contain wireframe data representing planned stope development. Commonly this data will be output from Datamine's Mineable Shape Optimizer tool. This data is used to compare mined vs. planned as part of volume and compliance EOM reporting.

Level and Stope Data Scope

Data of this type can be found at one of two levels in the Survey Database 'tree':

  • Level: more general scope. Adding data at the Area scope will make stope data available to all stopes within the active level.
  • Stope: more specific scope (and the default setting). Adding data at this area will make the data available only to the current stope. Other levels will not be able to access this data.

Within each folder, one more date folders may appear. These represent the date associated with the data when it was added to the database.
