Create a Custom Pivot Table Format
Pivot reports are generated using the Activity Pivot Tables screen. This activity explains how to create a specific highlight format for table cells, in addition to the preset options.
Activity Steps

Open the Activity Pivot Tables screen and create a set of pivoted results.

Right-click any value cell and select Temporary Conditional Formatting >> Manage Rules.
The Conditional Formatting Rules Manager displays.

Select a rule and select Edit Rule.
The Edit Formatting Rule screen displays.

In the Preview field, select Format.

To configure the font to display in highlighted cells:

Select the Font tab and configure:

Font: the font face. All installed fonts are listed.

Font Style: if styles are supported for the selected Font, they are found here.

Font Weight
-
Size
-
Color
-
Strikethrough
-
Underline
-

To remove all font customizations, select Clear.

To change a cell's background highlight colour, use the colour picker on the Fill tab.

To set an icon for cells that are highlighted, pick one using the Icon tab.

Click OK to return to the Edit Formatting Rule screen.
