The merged check box in the invoice grid indicates those invoices that are created only from one job invoice, and those created by merging two or more job invoices.
Screen flows
- Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
- Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.
Invoice Criteria Tab
The primary criteria, including dates each with a range or selection of values, to search for invoices.
The search results grid displays details from the relevant job invoice when the invoice only contains a single job, or from the primary job when the invoice contains multiple job invoices.

- Initial

Where multiple criteria are entered, then the criteria are applied as "Or".

Released On
Search invoices by its released date-time. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

Search invoices by code of a user who released it.

Authorised On
Search invoices by its authorised date-time. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

Authorised By
Search invoices by the code of a user who authorised it.

Search invoices only where the WIP/EST amounts are out-dated:
- Any (default)—No filter is applied for this criteria.
- Yes—Only invoices which have out-dated WIP/EST amounts are returned from the search.
- No—Only invoices which have up-to-date WIP/EST amounts are returned from the search.

The client's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system criteria to search for invoices.

Search invoices by the associated ERP site number.

Job Names
Search invoices by one or more names of an associated job. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

Description
Search invoices by the description of an associated job.

Workflow Status
Search invoices by the workflow status of an associated job:
- Registered
- Not Started
- Started
- Analysed
- Released
- Completed
- Finalised
- Cancelled—Where this workflow status is included in the criteria and the Include Cancelled Jobs check box is:
- Checked—Cancelled jobs are included in the search result set.
- Unchecked—The Workflow Status of Cancelled is ignored, such that, cancelled jobs are excluded from the search result set.
Multiple criteria can be entered in the field to be applied as "Or".

Search invoices by when an associated job was registered. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

Include Cancelled Jobs
Indicates whether to include in the search invoices where the primary job invoice is a cancelled job. By default, invoices where the primary job is a cancelled job are not returned from a search.
Where a Workflow Status of Cancelled is included in the criteria and this check box is:
- Checked—Cancelled jobs are included in the search result set.
- Unchecked—The Workflow Status of Cancelled is ignored, such that, cancelled jobs are excluded from the search result set.
Where the is selected, then the Cancelled date range criteria becomes available on the Job Criteria tab.

Cancelled
Search invoices by when an associated job was cancelled. This search criteria only displays where the Include Cancelled Jobs check box on the Job Criteria tab is checked. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

Scheme Criteria Tab

Scheme Codes
Search invoices by one or more codes of an associated scheme. A scheme may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active schemes in scope, as configured in the CCSCHM—Scheme application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCSCHM—Search Scheme screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

Section Code
Search invoices by the section linked to an associated scheme. A section may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active sections in scope, as configured in the CCSECT—Section application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCSECT—Search Section screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.
Sample Criteria Tab
The sample criteria to search for invoices.

Client Sample Names
Search invoices by one or more client sample names of an associated sample.

Product Codes
Search invoices by one or more codes of a product linked to an associated sample. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCPRDT—Search Product screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.
Biofields Tab
The job and sample biofield criteria to search for invoices.

Biofield Code
Search invoices by the code of a biofield linked to an associated job. More search criteria fields display according to the selected Biofield Code (for example, lists for list type codes, date pickers for date types, or wildcard or text values). A biofield may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active job biofields in scope, and linked to no line of business or to a line of business associated with the laboratory, as configured in the CCBFLD—Biofield application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCBFLD—Search Biofield screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.
Document Criteria Tab
Invoice document criteria to search for invoices.

Created
Search invoices by when an Invoice document was created. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

Created By
Search invoices by the user who created an invoice document. A user may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active users in scope, as configured in the CCUSER—User application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCUSER—Search User screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

Generation Status
Search invoices by the status of an invoice document creation:
- All
- Failed
- Completed.

Search Results Grid

Row Grid flows
- Create Draft—Create the draft invoice from the initial invoice.
- Open Job—Launch the CCREGN—Job Detail screen for the selected job invoice. For a merged invoice, the details of the primary job invoice are displayed, and the job of the primary job invoice is opened.
- Reprice—Reprice the draft or edited invoice. Any existing invoice line items (and invoice line item samples) are deleted and the original invoice line items from the pricing engine are re-generated and the Invoice Status is set to Draft. A warning appears for invoices with an Invoice Status of Edited, allowing you to confirm before repricing.
- Recalculate WIP—Recalculate the work-in-progress client invoice amounts.
- Delete—Delete an invoice with an Invoice Status of Initial, Draft or Edited.
- Release—Release the draft or edited invoice for authorisation. The invoice's Released Date is set to the current system date-time and the invoice's Released By is set to the current user.
- Authorise—Authorise a released invoice. The invoice's Authorised Date is set to current system date-time and Authorised By is set to the current user.
- Unauthorise—Unauthorise an authorised invoice.
- Cancel—Cancel the released, or beyond, invoice.
- Transmit—Transmit the authorised production invoice. The invoice's Transmitted Date is set to the current system date-time and the invoice's Transmitted By is set to the current user.
- Booked—Mark the transmitted production invoice as successfully booked into the external invoicing system. The invoice's Booked Date is set to current system date-time and Booked By is set to the current user.
- Paid—Mark the booked production invoice as paid. The invoice's Paid Date date-time is set to current system date-time and the invoice's Paid By is set to the current user.
- Credit—Apply a credit to the booked production invoice.
- Sent—Mark the authorised proposal invoice as sent. The invoice's Sent Date is set to the current system date-time and the invoice's Sent By is set to the current user.
- Accept—Mark the sent proposal invoice as accepted by the client. The invoice's Accepted Date is set to the current system date-time and Accepted By is set to the current user.
- Rejected—Mark the sent proposal invoice as rejected by the client, or to mark the transmitted production invoice as rejected by the external invoicing system. The invoice's Rejected Date updates to the current system date-time and the invoice's Rejected By updates to the current user.

Grid flows
- Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
- Merge—Merge the selected job invoices into a single invoice. This option is displayed only where the laboratory's Merge Invoice Pricing Mode is set to Grouped by Job or Combined Jobs, in which case, the merged invoice has a group-by-job or combined-by-job pricing mode, respectively.
- Merge Invoices—Merge the selected job invoices into a single invoice with a group-by-job pricing mode. This option is displayed only where the laboratory's Merge Invoice Pricing Mode is set to Grouped by Job.
- Combine Invoices—Merge the selected job invoices into a single invoice with a combined-by-job pricing mode. This option is displayed only where the laboratory's Merge Invoice Pricing Mode is set to Combined Jobs.
- Release—Release the selected draft or edited invoices in the search results grid for authorisation. The invoice's Released Date is set to the current system date-time and the invoice's Released By is set to the current user.
- Recalculate WIP/EST—Recalculate the work-in-progress invoice and estimate invoice amounts.
