Due Diligence

Use the Due Diligence screen to audit your spreadsheets against the LandTracker data service, create a number of reports on a tenement set, and do bulk quick appraisals.

To open this screen from the Dashboard:

1. On the Dashboard under the Tenements module, click Due Diligence Reports.

   The Due Diligence window displays.

To open this screen from the Tenements screen:

You can highlight any number of tenements in the Tenements screen and analyse in due diligence.

1. On the Dashboard under the Tenements module, click View Tenements.
2. Navigate to and select the tenements you wish to include.

3. Right-click the row selector and select Analyse In Due Diligence from the menu.

   The Due Diligence window displays with the number of selected tenements in the Results section.
