Add Tenements Manually

You may want assets not available in the LandTrack data service in LandTracker. Assets from any jurisdiction can be added manually.

Note: You must have the asset template for your asset type uploaded into LandTracker. See Asset Templates.

Activity Steps

1. On the Dashboard, in the tenements module, click View Tenements.

   An Asset Browser displays.

2. Expand the Tenements Types node.

3. Select the asset type from the list.

   This displays all assets currently in LandTracker for this asset type in the data grid. if there are no assets of this type in LandTracker, the data grid will be empty.

4. Enter your data in the data grid by one of the following:

   • Enter the details into the data grid.

   • Copy and paste the cells from a spreadsheet.

     Note: The spreadsheet columns must be arranged in the same manner as the columns of LandTracker.

     Note: When copy and pasting from a spreadsheet, ensure number and date values are displayed. If the columns are too narrow that the values appear as #####, this is what is pasted into LandTracker.

5. Click Save or Save and Close.
