Combined Reporting Groups
Combined reporting group (CRG) data is available for Western Australia (WA) through the LandTrack Data Service. Other jurisdictions do not make CRG data available for download, you can manage CRGs by creating groups manually, see Manage Groups.
Viewing a Group Members List
You can view the group members list when viewing a Combined Reporting Group type in the Tenements module. When you have selected a CRG member in the Data Grids, expand the Details tab of the Details Pane.
The Name shows as a brown link if the tenement exists in your database, while in black if it is not in your database.
The Effective Date is the date the tenement became a member of that group.
When updating from the LandTrack Data Service, a tenement no longer in a CRG will have its Depart Date set to the update date.
Note: The Depart Date field was introduced in Version Hazelnut Crescents (17 Nov 2017). Tenements that left a CRG before this version have their depart date set to the date of your first update on this version.
Importing CRG Members into LandTracker
When a WA tenement has been added to a CRG in Mineral Titles Online (MTO), LandTracker performs the following actions when importing the tenement:
-
Creates the CRG group if it does not already exist in LandTracker.
Note: The group members list includes all tenements in the group. Imported names display as brown links while unimported names display in black.
-
The tenement you are importing or updating is added to the group.
-
A confirmation message displays to alert you to tenements being added to the relevant groups.
Note: Actions are not created unless the CRG is in the Managed group. See Global Filter. If you apply a global filter, the CRG needs to be in that filter's group if you want its actions to be shown.
Removing a WA Tenement From a CRG
As there may still be activities such as completing actions or reporting, an Update from LandTrack Data Service does not remove tenements from LandTracker even if they no longer exist on MTO. When you want to remove a tenement from a CRG, you must manually remove it from the group. See Manage Groups.
When a CRG Has No Active Members
Deleting all tenements that are members of a specific CRG from LandTracker does not delete the group itself. You may require it for historical purposes, and there could be associated actions. You can manually delete the group if you wish. See Manage Groups.
