Manage Groups
In LandTracker you can create and manage groups of assets, these can be filtered using the Global Filter.
To view groups:

On the Dashboard, under Groups and Links, click View Groups.
The group Asset Browser displays.
To view group member assets:
There are multiple ways to view which assets are members of which group:
- In the Data Grids of an Asset Browser, see Customise the Column Display in a Data Grid.
- In the Details Pane, under the Links tab.
- In the details pane of the group asset browser, under the Details tab.
To create a new group:
- On the Dashboard, under Groups and Links, click View Groups.

In the view pane, expand the Group Types node and select from:
- All Commodity
- All Project
- All Region
- All Relationship

All Role
Note: Custom groups may be available and can be created, see Asset Templates.

In the data grid, write the Name of your group.

In the data grid, write the Description if required.

Click Save or Save and Close.
To add assets to a group:
- Open the required Asset Browser.
- Highlight the asset(s) you want to add to the group.
- Right-click the row selector, hover over Add To Group, hover over group type and select the groups check-box.

Click OK.
A message displays the assets to be added to the group.

Click Yes.
- Click Save or Save and Close.
To remove assets from a group:
- Open the required Asset Browser.
- Highlight the asset in the data grid.
- In the Details Pane, click Links tab.

Highlight the group link(s) you wish to delete, right-click the row selector and click Delete in the menu.
Note: If you have selected multiple group links to delete, a confirmation message displays the number of rows to be deleted, click OK.
- Click Save or Save and Close.
