Related Data Tab

Related Data is found in the Details Pane of an Asset Browser.

View related data by selecting an asset in the data grid.

Note: When more than one asset is selected, related data is shown for all assets selected. A parent column shows which row belongs to which asset.

Most assets have multiple tables of related data. For example, the Conditions that are attached to a tenement or related tenements on an agreement.

Find these tables divided into multiple tabs within the Related Data tab.

Using the Related Data Tab

• A number in brackets in the tab title indicate a count of rows in that tabs table.
• You can interact with the Data Grids on each tab, using standard functionality such as reorganising columns, or exporting data to excel.
• You can create ad hoc actions linked to specific rows in an asset's related data. See Manage Ad Hoc Actions.
