View the Mark-to-Market Value of a Despatch Order

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain despatch orders security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Despatch Order.
2. Select the Assay Values Snapshot tab.
3. Set Invoice Type to Mark To Market.

   Data for the mark-to-market (MTM) value displays on the Revenue and Costs tabs. For general information, see Despatch Order Snapshots. For descriptions of fields, see View a Despatch Order Revenue Snapshot.

4. Select the Archive Date for which to view data from a copied snapshot if required. Only applicable if Create Copy Of Snapshots is checked in snapshot settings. To view the most recent snapshot, clear the Archive Date.

   The displayed data is specific to the set of MTM terms allocated to the despatch order at that date. The revenue summary includes the name of the applicable set of MTM terms.

5. To recalculate the snapshot:
   1. Right-click in the Snapshots table and select Queue Snapshot Recalculation from the menu.

      A message about saving displays.

   2. Click OK.
   3. Click Save.
