Data Approval Screen

Use the Data Approval screen to approve a specific period of data for a location, effectively preventing any further changes to that data. The approvals feature helps ensure the integrity of the data used for reporting.

To open this screen from the Navigation Panel:

1. On the Navigation Panel, select Reconcilor Tasks » Data Approval.

To open this screen from the Data Overview screen:

1. Open the Data Overview Screen.
2. Apply the required Period and Location filters (and other filters if required).
3. In the grid, click either the Approval Locations row or one of its child rows.
