Data Health
Data Health summarises data issues detected in Reconcilor for the selected reporting period and location. It helps identify which data categories need attention before analysis or reporting.
Each category in Data Health Screen shows the highest issue severity recorded for that category and the number of Critical, Warning, and Caution issues identified in the selected period and location.
Use View and Filter Data Health to review the summary, View Data Issue Details to inspect the affected records for a selected issue, Data Issue Trends Screen to analyse issue trends over time, and Data Health Issue Guidance to interpret common issue types by category.
Data Health Categories
Data Health groups issues into the following categories:
- Block Model
- Model Survey
- Mine Plan
- Stockpile
- Haulage
- Processing
- Transport Shipping
- Mass Balance
- Aggregation Result – Derived calculations for wet tonnes, dry tonnes, and moisture.
Health Status
The health status summarises the most severe issues detected for the category in the selected period and location.
- Critical – Critical data health issues that will impact reporting metrics and should be resolved.
- Warning – Data health issues that are important for detailed analysis and may limit how data can be resolved or grouped.
- Caution – Data has been modified or defaulted to address known issues.
- No Issues – No data health issues were detected for the category in the selected period and location.
Resolving and Suppressing Data Issues
Most data issues should be corrected in the original source data and then re-imported into Reconcilor. In some cases, a known issue may be suppressed so it is removed from the active data health issue list until it is reviewed again.
The only data that can be modified directly in Reconcilor is:
- Creating a haulage alias.
- Setting up a new stockpile with opening balances.
- Closing a stockpile.
- Setting stockpile adjustments.
See Suppress a Data Issue and Activate a Suppressed Data Issue if you need to manage suppressed issues.
