License not Displayed on Server
License keys are loaded into License Manager by registering a license key. After a key is registered, the license is listed with a color code denoting its status. If a license is not displayed, complete the following checks in the License Managerwhere the keys are locally-installed (i.e. the server).

License(s) not Displayed in Client License Manager (Listed on Server)
In this scenario, your License Server contains locally-installed and theoretically available licenses, but the same view is not displayed on a client; some licenses are missing.
One possibility is that the view of your client is simply not up-to-date. You can use the View | Refresh command to check this.
If a refresh does not resolve the situation, your local instance of License Services may have detected license keys that are found to be invalid or non-compliant. Where this has occurred, you will be shown a message on starting up License Manager to indicate that not all licenses have been displayed. These licenses are actively blocked. In this situation, you should contact Datamine software to resolve the situation.
License(s) not Displayed at Product Startup (Client)
In this scenario, your license server indicates that one or more licenses are available for use, but attempts to access it/them on a client machine running a Datamine product have failed.
The following situations may be causing this:
- The view on the server is out of date; licenses have been leased/checked out since the last display update. You can use the View | Refresh command to check this.
- If the view is up to date, and licenses appear to be available on the server, your local instance of License Services may have detected license keys that are found to be invalid or non-compliant. Where this has occurred, you will be shown a message in either the "Multiple Licenses available" or "No Licenses available" dialog to indicate that not all licenses have been displayed. These licenses are actively blocked. In this situation, you should contact Datamine software to resolve the situation.
