Description

Project string(s) to intersect wireframe surface(s).

How to use

1. Select a string(s).

2. Run the Command.

3. In the Project Strings/Points dialog, define the Output, Projection Direction, Projection Origin, Projection Presets and Project To parameters, click OK.

4. Check the location of the projected string(s).

This will project a string(s), using the defined projection azimuth and dip settings, onto the selected wireframe(s) to create an updated or new string(s). The points of the updated or new string will all lie on the wireframe. If any points in the string(s) for projection do not project to the wireframe(s), they will be ignored and more than one new string may be created.
