Schedule View

The Schedule view is used to view your schedule activities, resources and associated timeline.

It is split into the following areas:

  • The top pane shows scheduled tasks and is divided into a left pane showing task table data (highlighted in orange) and a right pane showing the associated bar chart (highlighted in gold). The tick in the context menu, invoked from the right-hand pane, indicates the currently displayed Task Bar Chart view (highlighted in green).

  • The bottom pane shows the Crosstab view. It is divided into a left pane showing summarized items (highlighted in lime) and a right pane showing the associated summarized view (highlighted in blue). The tick in the context menu, invoked from the right-hand pane, indicates the currently displayed Crosstab View (highlighted in purple).

To create a schedule view:

  1. First, load a schedule.

  2. View ribbon >> Create New View >> Schedule.

    A new schedule view displays, based on the currently loaded schedule data.
