Stop LandTrack Data Service Updates for a Tenement

There may be times and cases for locking a record from being automatically updated. For example, there may be a data error on Mineral Titles Online that causes the data to be updated with the wrong value.

Locking a record only stops LandTrack Data Service updates. If you have Editor permissions (see User Management and Permissions), you can still edit locked records manually.

This activity adds the IsLocked column to the data grid. See also Customise the Column Display in a Data Grid.

Activity Steps

  1. On the Dashboard, in the Tenements menu, select View Tenements.

The Asset Browser displays tenements for the default view.

  2. Select a different view if required so that the tenement displays as a record in the data grid.
  3. Right-click the data grid settings icon and select Select Columns > Other Columns > IsLocked from the menu.

The IsLocked column displays in the data grid.

  4. Check (that is, select) IsLocked for any tenements for which to stop LandTrack Data Service updates.
  5. To re-enable LandTrack Data Service updates, uncheck (that is, clear) IsLocked for the required records.
  6. Click Save or Save and Close.
