Maintenance Calendars
Use this screen to generate maintenance calendars for machines.
To access this screen:

On the Scheduling Setup screen, select Calendars >> Maintenance.
Activity Steps:

Display the Maintenance Calendars screen.

In Calendar Name, enter a unique name for the calendar.

To add a new maintenance calendar to the list, click Add.

To delete the selected maintenance calendar, click Remove.

To add a non-working date, in Non-Working Days, click Add.

To remove a non-working date, in Non-Working Days, select the item, then click Remove.

In the Non-Working Days grid, review or enter the following values:

From Date for the non-working day start date.

To Date for the non-working day end date.

Duration for the non-working day duration.

To add a non-standard day (downtime), in Non-Standard Days (Downtime), click Add.

To remove a non-standard day (downtime), in Non-Standard Days (Downtime), select the item, then click Remove.

In the Non-Standard Days grid, review or enter the following values:

Date for the non-standard day date.

From Time for the non-standard day start time.

To Time for the non-standard day end time.
-
Duration for the non-standard day duration.

To add multiple non-standard days/downtimes:
You can quickly define a pattern of downtime events using the Define Multiple Time Periods screen.

In the Mine Calendar screen, Non-Standard Days (Downtime) section, select Add Multiple.

In the Define Multiple Time Periods dialog, enter the start (From) and end (To) downtime phase.

Choose the daily Pattern of the downtime event (Daily, Weekly and so on.)

Choose the duration of the recurring downtime pattern. You can choose to End by a particular date (meaning downtime will not be applied on the specified date) or you can define a number of occurrences, after which the downtime pattern is cancelled.

Click OK to add all downtime dates and times for the specified range and pattern to the Mine Calendar screen.
Dates are added to the Mine Calendar, appending any dates already there.
