Calendars

To access scheduling calendars settings:

Activate the Schedule ribbon and select Setup. Select any calendar item on the left.
On the Scheduling Setup screen, select the Calendars option.

Use calendars to set up time periods, and to define mine and maintenance calendars.

Calendar Options

The Calendars screen group is used to configure period settings for the project.

The Periods table is displayed by default. Periods are consecutive lengths of time in which scheduling can be performed. You can generate a label containing pre-set variables such as weekday and start time. These label options are accessed from Period Format using the context menu and must be selected before generation.

Mine – Mine calendars are used for generation of mine and machine downtimes. A mine calendar controls downtime for the entire mine, for example in the event of shutdowns or non-working hours. See Mine Calendar.
Maintenance Calendars – These calendars can be applied to machines and trucks to control availability without shutting down the entire mine. Manage machine maintenance calendars, including creating new maintenance calendars. See Maintenance Calendars.
