(Resource) Bar Chart Options

To display this screen:

Right-click a Gantt chart item or Resource Bar Chart and select Chart Options.
Format ribbon >> Setup Layouts >> Bar Chart Layout.

Use this screen to configure the properties of a bar in the Gantt Chart view or a Resource bar chart.

Options are categorized using the following tabs:

Layout – Decide the base colours to use for Gantt chart bars. See (Resource) Bar Chart Options: Layout.
Labels – Choose which annotation (if any) appears on the chart. See (Resource) Bar Chart Options: Labels.
Display – Choose from a range of visual formatting options. See (Resource) Bar Chart Options: Display.
Non-work periods – Choose what happens when non-work periods occur in the schedule (how they are presented, and if they interrupt tasks). See (Resource) Bar Chart Options: Non-work Periods.
