Code Fields Screen

You use this screen to define Code Fields for your project.

Code fields are generally used to categorise tasks into common groups (such as Area, Shaft, Level, Responsibility or Ore Type, for example). Each value for a code field can be assigned a description, colour and pattern. The task bars on the Gantt chart can be coloured based on a code category.

Note: To define text fields, use the Text Fields Screen.

To access this screen:

1. On the Home ribbon, click Project Settings.

2. Using the vertical menu, expand the Fields folder.

3. Click Code Fields.
