Text Fields Screen

You use this screen to define text fields for your project.

Text fields can either be whatever you type, that is, the value for each activity can be entered individually, or values can be selected from a list. Text fields can also be calculated from other task fields using formulae.

Note: To define code fields, use the Code Fields Screen.

To access this screen:

1. On the Home ribbon, click Project Settings.

2. Using the vertical menu, expand the Fields folder.

3. Click Text Fields.
