Resource Information: Notes

You can create resources when either the Cross Tab or Resource Bar Chart views are active.

This option opens a screen that allows you to write notes regarding the resources, tasks, or projects depending on which screen you are using.

You can insert any notes that you want, including hyperlinks.

The following table describes the fields on this screen shown below:

Field Description
<text panel> Enter any comments that you want to attach.

You can include hyperlinks.

Click to write bold text.
Click to write italicized text.
Click to write underlined text.
Click to display the Font screen:

This screen allows you to:
    • Change the text Font.
    • Change the text Font style.
    • Change the text font size.
    • Apply effects to the text.
    • Change the color of the text.
    • See a Sample of the text.
    • Change the Script of the text.
Click to insert an image. When you click this button, the Open form is displayed, which allows you to navigate to the location where the image file you want to insert is stored. Select the image file and click the Open button to insert the file into the notes canvas. If you insert an invalid file type you will get a 'Parameter is not valid' error.
Click to delete all content from the notes canvas.
Click to print all content in the notes canvas.
Previous If you are in the Resource Information screen or the Task Information screen, click to display the screen of the resource or task before this one.
Next If you are in the Resource Information screen or the Task Information screen, click to display the screen of the resource or task after this one.
Apply Click to apply your changes
Close Click to apply your changes and close the form
Cancel Click to lose the changes you made and close the screen.
