Despatch Order Search

Use the Despatch Order Search screen to search for existing despatch orders to add to a bulk transaction, discrete unit movement or despatch; or to allocate despatch orders to a contract rate in a service or freight contract.

To open this screen for a bulk transaction:

1. Edit a transaction in the Transaction Editor.
2. Click the ellipsis (...) next to Despatch Order for the transaction.

To open this screen for a discrete unit movement:

1. Open the Discrete Units Movement Creation screen.
2. Click the ellipsis (...) next to Default Despatch Order in the Movements settings, or next to Despatch Order for a package to be moved.

To open this screen for a despatch:

1. Edit a despatch (Train, Truck Despatch, Service Trip or Shipment).
2. Select the Despatch Orders tab.
3. Right-click and select Add Despatch Order from the menu.

To open this screen for a contract rate:

1. Edit a Service Contract or Freight Contract.
2. Select the Contract Rates tab.
3. Select a contract rate in the Contract Rates field group.
4. Select the Despatch Order Allocation tab.
5. Right-click in the Despatch Orders table and select Allocate from the menu.

To open this screen for a despatch order:

1. Open the Despatch Order.
2. Select the Linked Despatch Orders tab.
3. Right-click in the Linked Despatch Orders table and select Link A Despatch Order or Add Data Link from the menu.
