Define haul route intersection node parameters

Intersections

To access these functions:

  • Using the Scheduling Setupdialog, select the Haul Routes icon on the left. Select the Intersections tab.

.The Intersections tab is used to add and delete intersections nodes; select and save node objects. It is part of a collection of settings used to define haul routes.

 

Adding an Intersection

  1. Click Add in the Intersections  tab,

  2. In the Intersections grid , define the required parameters.

Intersections are an additional Node point where a road splits. An Intersection can be placed between any other Node and multiple intersections may be defined.  

Intersection Nodes are entered in the same way as Bench Exits and Pit Exits. All Nodes are stored in the Studio OP Nodes object which is automatically loaded on starting up Studio OP.

Selecting Existing Intersections Points

  1. Click Select Object in the Intersections  tab,

  2. In the Select Object dialog, select the required node points file.

Field Details:

Add: click this button to add a new intersection.

Delete: click this button to delete the selected intersection.

Select Object: click this button to select a loaded nodes points file.

Save: click this button to save the nodes.

Intersections grid

Node ID: unique Intersection node identifier.

X Coord: Intersection node X coordinate.

Y Coord: Intersection node Y coordinate.

Z Coord: Intersection node Z coordinate.
