Accessing this screen:

This dialog is used to define the action parameters for an autolayout rule.

For example, if an autolayout action "Create Line" is defined, this dialog lets you specify how long the line is, where it starts and it's orientation in 3D.

For some actions, this dialog isn't available as no further parameters for a rule ar required. For example, "Break at intersections" doesn't need further specification as strings will be broken at all intersection points with other string data.
